Cancellation & Refund Policy

Cancellation Policy believes in helping its customers as far as possible, and has therefore a liberal cancellation policy.

Yippee Technology believes in helping its customers whenever possible, and therefore has a liberal cancellation policy.

As part of this policy:

At Yippee Technology, You can request a refund if your subscription is canceled within 10 days of purchasing your subscription. Once we receive a request, refunds are processed within 7-10 business days, after which it usually takes an additional 3-5 days to be credited back to your credit card.

Refunds are only processed after receipt of an email request from the email address on file. Please send your email to [email protected]. We do not process chat and phone inquiries, but if you choose to call or chat, we will notify you to mail us. Conditions that may cancel the refund request.

  • If you used technical support services on two or more instances.
  • If you are requesting a refund from an email address that is not the registered email address.
  • If you are requesting a refund to a different credit card than the one you used to process payment when ordering your subscription.
  • If you made a request by any means other than email.

No cancellations are entertained for those services that the Yippee Technology had offered on promotional offer / special occasions or Discount period. These are limited occasion offers by the company and hence cancellations are not possible in any conditions

  • There are no refunds on dedicated servers, Email, Website Designing, SSL Certificates, administrative fees, install fees for custom software, or domain name purchases. Refund requests for shared and reseller accounts after the initial 30 days non-conditional money-back period will be refunded on a prorated basis of any unused time.
  • There are no refunds on Social Media services. So Before placing, Your Order is sure.
  • Hosting service fees are non-refundable.
  • Each project has a detailed service agreement that must be signed by the client before work starts. Please refer to your contract for specific details.
  • Clients Missing in Action – If you do not communicate with Yippee Technology for a period of 30 consecutive days during any part of the design or development process, Yippee Technology  will honor its commitment to finish the project, but there will be no refund of any fees.There are no refunds on any completed work.
